The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

Your mission
You will help shape the digital foundation of Audi F1, designing future-ready technology capabilities that enable engineering excellence, manufacturing innovation, data-driven racing operations, and competitive advantage on our journey to Formula 1 success.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-design solution architectures that enable business transformation across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, corporate functions, and race operations.
- Drive the digital thread between key platforms, including SAP, PLM, data platforms, cloud applications, and other enterprise systems.
- Co-design scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions that support innovation, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and technology partners to translate business challenges into practical architecture solutions.
- Support major transformation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, cloud platforms, AI-enabled solutions, digital engineering, and data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to create business value and competitive advantage.
- Participate in architecture governance and design reviews, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives, security standards, and architectural principles.
- Help evolve Audi F1's application, data, integration, cloud, and AI architecture capabilities to support future business and racing ambitions.
Your profile
We welcome candidates with strong technical foundations, strong stakeholder management skills and aspirations to grow into Enterprise Architure
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, cloud engineering, integration, enterprise applications, or related technology roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams and drive decisions to closure.
